Coachella, September 24 2020.

The International Pilot Center Alliance (IPCA) will build a brand new Aviation Training Campus in Coachella, California.

"We're thrilled to announce the start of this exciting project.

The Campus is located less than a mile from the Thermal Airport and will provide EASA Modular & Integrated Training courses, as well as FAA Part 141 programs.

The "wing-shaped" building will have full-motion, glass-cockpit simulators, briefing rooms, classrooms an FAA Testing Center and an on-site Cafetaria.

The 2nd stage of the project involves contemporary, private student housing, with pool and spa.

"The views are simply astonishing, especially at sunset. This is truly a gem in the California desert. With perfect flying weather year around, this is the best place for pilots to learn to fly."

IPCA expects to break ground Q3 of 2021 and will provide further announcements in the next few months.
